Asgard
A two-app product suite for a gym whose booking model was too particular for any off-the-shelf tool — designed from the ground up to make that complexity feel effortless.
When off-the-shelf can't keep up
Asgard is a group of gyms in Brittany with a membership model generic booking apps simply couldn't handle. Members can either subscribe or pay per session with credits — a whole economy of buying, spending and managing credits. And every session behaves differently: some solo, some group, some let you bring a guest.
On top of that, the club runs a lot of events — Hyrox, a weightlifting club, a run club — each with its own registration and pricing, sometimes open to people who aren't members yet. The generic tools kept hitting walls. Asgard needed a product built around how the club actually works.
Two apps, one system
I designed the whole suite end to end — two products, kept coherent so they feel like one. One for members, one for the team running the club behind the scenes.
Making a complex model feel simple
The real challenge wasn't the screens, it was the model underneath: subscriptions and credits side by side, guest invites, multi-tier event pricing, B2B offers, a mixed roster of staff. All of it real, all of it at once.
My job was to absorb that complexity in the structure and hand people something that feels obvious — a member books in a couple of taps, and a manager sets up a Hyrox event or a company promotion without ever fighting the tool.
Gold on black, kept quiet
A confident gold-on-black identity, and the usual instinct: remove until only what matters is left, so the surface stays calm even when the logic behind it isn't.
The suite, in the interface
Key moments from the member app and the admin — booking, credits, calendars and events.
